Childcare Tuition Rates

Infant

3 months to 3 years      $300 per week

Currently No Infant Spots Available. Next infant spot will be available Fall of 2022. Please contact if you would like to be put on a waitlist.

Preschool/Pre-k Full-Time

3 years and up 

$250 per week (limited part-time positions, call for availablity)

Part-time tuition $65 per day 3 days minimum

August of 2021 one spot will be available, currently all spots are full. Please contact if you would like to be put on the wait list. 

Rates will remain the same if your child is absent for vacations or illnesses.

The Daily tuition rate includes a total of 9 hours of care for your child.

Over-Time Rates

$2.00 per minute

Payment

  • Weekly payments are due in full on Monday (unless the parent/guardian has made other payment arrangements). 

  • If payment is not received by Tuesday at 5:30 pm a late fee of $30.00 will be added to the fee amount and the child will not be able to attend until all monies are received.

Registration

An initial non-refundable registration fee of $40.00 per child or $65.00 per family is due upon enrollment.

Openings Held

  • Existing infant/toddler openings are held with a weekly fee of half of the tuition rate until the child starts childcare. I require two weeks advanced notification for the termination of childcare services during this time.

  • Future infant/toddler openings are held with a non-refundable deposit equivalent to one week’s tuition. Your deposit will be applied to your child’s first week of tuition.

Vacations/Personal Days

  • I have five personal paid days.

  • The provider will be paid for five (5) days for vacation per calendar year (January-December) per child.  

  • The provider will give the parent/guardian at least four (4) weeks notice prior to taking a vacation day, if client is not given a 4 week notice it will be unpaid.  

  • Payment for personal/vacation is due with normal tuition payment.

Paid Holidays and Closings

  • New Year’s Day

  • Martin Luther King Day or President's Day 

  • Memorial Day

  • ​Labor Day

  • Independence Day

  • Thanksgiving Day and the day after

  • Christmas Eve

  • Christmas Day

   If a holiday falls on a weekend I will be closed the same days as the Federal and State Offices.

Funeral Pay

The provider will receive one paid day off in the event that a close relative dies (i.e. spouse, mother, father, sister, brother, grandmother, grandfather, and in-laws thereof), to attend services. Other time off that may be needed will be taken without pay.

Sick Pay

If the provider becomes sick and cannot provide care, she will not be paid.

Unscheduled/Adverse Weather Closures

  • Any unscheduled closures due to weather conditions will be without pay

  • Provider will notify parents as soon as the decision to close has been made

  • Provider will notify clients at 6 am of any late starts as much as 1 to 2 hours of the schedule time opening in order to clear walk ways of snow for clients

  • Tuition for late starts will not be adjusted.

Returned Checks

  • A charge of $25.00 will be assessed for any returned check

  • Childcare will be terminated until all fees and charges are paid in full

Fees

There will be yearly increase of approximately 5% in fees to cover increases in business cost

Contract Changes

A 30 day written notice will be given prior to any contract changes
